EUROPEAN DYNAMICS was established in 1993 in Athens Greece with an objective to provide products and services in the fields of Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T).

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is an ISO 9001 certified company with the scope “Systems Integrators and Service Providers in Information Technology and Telecommunications". The main activities of the company are telecommunication and information systems integration, software and applications development, hardware and software distribution and technical support, facilities and applications management, consulting services, as well as Research and Development.

European Dynamics brings to the project the awareness and expertise of a Software house which specialises in e-Working environments (ED developed collaborative middleware OSS platform MERMIG, www.mermig.org), applicable to public domain software and state of the art technologies (XML, Java, etc.) and Web Services (SOAP, UDDI, etc.). The company has 3 software development divisions, and on aggregate more than 150 highly qualified software engineers with comprehensive knowledge in internet technologies and tools, systems integration, and security technologies. Our software engineers are capable of supporting the entire systems life cycle extending from system architecture studies to maintenance, operation and technical support. The expertise goes beyond purely technical matters and extends to the provision of help desk, training, user support and consultancy services.

In addition to software engineering skills, the company has extensive R&D and EU project coordination experience as it is involved in a number of EU FP5 and FP6 research projects contributing its expertise in Software development, System integration, Information Security architecture, e-business products and services, e-Government and e-Learning environments, Knowledge Management, Network planning and implementation.

The company possesses all the necessary skills to successfully undertake the work in MeBrA OCF project. The company has extensive experience in technological areas such as new collaborative e-Working tools (MERMIG), development Knowledge management tools, Internet design/hosting, Web traffic analysis, E-commerce solutions & marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Internet advertising & consulting, portals, Web & data mining technologies. Examples of ED developed projects, which prove its expertise in e-Working environments and collaborative tools are the following:

Government sector activities: ED developed a wide spectrum of specialised software and applications, using state-of-the-art technologies and concepts. One of its products (CIRCA) has become a standard in the EC, being installed on servers of the Informatics Directory and used by over 80.000 users in the EU government sector.

E-Government activities: ED is a key technology provider in the field of e-Government and has successfully delivered a large number of projects to international organisations, such as the Council of the EU, the European Commission, Eurostat, JRC, CEFEFOP, Europol, Eurocontrol, EFSA, OHIM, EEA, OPOCE, EMEA, etc. Furthermore, the company has delivered numerous projects and solutions to the public sector in various EU Member States. ED has developed a global e-business / e-government platform and a modern e-procurement application. It is also currently implementing a pan-European G2G communication middleware. In this respect, ED has established a high quality clientele of over 30 major customers, whose IT&T procurement schedule focuses on state of the art technologies.
