INNOPHYT is a Regional centre of innovation and technology transfer. It's purpose is to develop the Integrated Pest Management, Biopesticids, functional biodiversity...

Located at Tours University and Regional agriculture Chamber of Centre, it works in collaboration with technical centres (CTIFL, SELT, CVETMO, ITAB, GRAB, IRTAC …), research laboratories (universities, INRA, CNRS …), agriculture chambers, Agriculture minister and industries.

INNOPHYT coordinate applied projects and field experiments; it manages even expertises and inquest. For MB alternatives, INNOPHYT works on potential pesticide of Allium, and disulfides from these plants. It attempts to apply this potential to soil biofumigation with onions or specific Allium crops incorporated into soil before the culture. Its knowledge field and the activity of information diffusion predispose it with the responsibility of WP3.
